Dr. Frazier may recommend custom foot orthotics for patients with foot, knee and/or back pain.  Orthotics are worn to modify, and improve, foot biomechanics thereby allowing the muscles, tendons and bones of the feet to function at their highest potential.  Dr. Frazier uses a cast (mold) to take an impression of your foot which is sent to an orthotic laboratory.  Trained technicians will then design a custom orthotic to fit in your shoe.  Common conditions that can benefit from a custom orthotic device are plantar fasciitis, heel spurs and shin splints, just to name a few.
