Dr. Michelle Frazier decided at the ripe age of 16 that she wanted to
help and heal others in a holistic manner after experiencing great relief
from her headaches following Chiropractic treatment. With her dream
in mind, she attended the University of Western Ontario and graduated
in 2005 with a BA in the Kinesiology program.
Immediately following her University education she attended the
Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) for four years.
Dr Frazier was officailly given her salutation and had accomplished her dream in 2009
when she graduated from CMCC. In additon to her Chiropractic training, Dr. Frazier is also
fully certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University. Dr. Frazier believes in a holistic approach to natural health care. Through the combination of a detailed history and physical assesment she searches for the source of the problem rather than the symtoms alone in order to correct the problem rather than provide symptomatic relief. Once
the source of the problem is revealed Dr. Frazier creates a treatment plan consisting of any combination of spinal manipulation, extremity manipulation, acupunture, modalities,
rehabilitation exercises or otherwise. The final and arguably one of the most important components of her treatment plans is education.
Dr. Frazier sets aside the time to explain to the patient what the problem is and how treatment can help. If a patient understands what is causing the pain they, with the help of the doctor, can make lifestyle changes to promote healing and prevent recurrence.
